Really enjoyed the story. I was born in Coronach and left when I was in grade two. The sax player is my dads first cousin Bill McPeek. Small world we live in! Keep up the great stories!

  4. Oh what a lovely story. You are blessed to have such a great role model father and I know he and you will be rewarded tenfold for your volunteer efforts and sharing your time and talents with people less fortunate. 😉

  5. You have a great father, give him my best regards and I hope he will be fresh and healthy for a long time and able to entertain both old and young.

Great narrative Stephen! I could imagine every bit of detail, how your Dad was playing, and the 99-year-old gentleman, and the head nurse. It’s all both sad and not sad, these people, some of them will die soon, but now they live and move if they can, and if they can’t they simply feel. You have the talent to write, thanks again for this.
